Add insurance fee to checkout

In wocommerce how can we dynamically add an optional value to the checkout for the user which is optional. In my case its the insurance for the product transit.

Need to add a ‘Goods in Transit insurance’, which is £7 per £100 (cost of product) or part thereof. So if product is £500 then insurance is £5 x 5 = £25

Any ideas?
